The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to several universities. The primary data collected was obtained from student respondents. The population for this study consisted of 7th and 8th-semester students enrolled at universities in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique employed was snowball sampling, which was implemented across seven universities, resulting in a sample size of 354 students. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, conducted with SPSS 22.0. The results of this research indicate that the variables of professional ethics and career adaptability do not significantly affect work readiness. In contrast, the variables of accounting skills and digital skills have a significant positive effect on the work readiness of prospective accountants. Keywords: accounting skills, digital skills, professional ethics, career adaptability, multiple linear analysis
