Abstract
The purpose of writing this final project is to evaluate the system and procedures for pawning gold and electronic products (KCA) at PT Pegadaian Lempuyangan Branch. KCA (Fast Secured Credit) is a loan with a pawn system that is given to all groups of customers, both for consumptive needs and productive needs. KCA is a loan with a pawn system that is given to all groups of customers to get loans easily, quickly and safely. Customers in pawnshops can apply for several mortgage loan guarantees, one of which is a gold and electronic pawn. This report uses a qualitative approach through observation and interviews. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted, it is known that the system and procedures for pawning products for Fast Secured Credit (KCA) have been implemented quite well, but in the process, there are still several things that need to be improved, in order to maximize the process of pawning KCA products.
