Abstract
This report aims to find out the payroll system and procedures for PT Mataram Tunggal Garment. The importance of a good employee payroll system and procedure is the background of this final project report. Through the results of the analysis of employee payroll systems and procedures, the company can use them as considerations and inputs that will be useful for the company. The payroll system at PT Mataram Tunggal Garment uses a payroll application called attendance management which can be directly accessed by the personnel department which has the task of payroll, and the accounting department. This analysis was conducted using qualitative methods with data collection techniques by interview, observation, and literature study. Interviews were conducted with the IT department, personnel department, and accounting department. Observations were made by observing how to use the attendance management application, and literature study by looking for data from books related to employee payroll systems and procedures. Analysis of employee payroll systems and procedures at PT Mataram Tunggal Garment shows that all employee payroll systems and procedures at PT Mataram Tunggal Garment are in accordance with applicable regulations starting from the systems and procedures that have been implemented and all related documents are used according to their provisions.
