Abstract
This analysis is useful to find out the credit sales procedures of PT Armada Tunas Jaya Muntilan are effective and efficient. The importance of this analysis will form the background of this final project report. The sales procedure is one of the things that must be focused on because it is used to find out which parts of the sale are less effective and efficient. The analysis of this procedure aims to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the company in carrying out credit sales procedures. Through the results of this report the company can take steps in the future. The results of these observations can be concluded that there are 4 sub-procedures, namely, submitting a PO (purchase order) approval, filling out an SPK (vehicle order letter) entering the SPK into the system, then sending the vehicle. The procedures carried out are quite good but at the time of issuing sales notes and invoices before the issuance of BAST (Proof of Handover).
