Abstract

This final project aims to find out the system and procedure for collecting motorized vehicle taxes and transfer fees, then being able to implement ways of paying taxes and how to transfer motorized vehicles. The research method used is a qualitative description method. This method describes the state of the object to be studied based on existing facts and data. Data processing is presented through detailed descriptions accompanied by various charts or certain flowcharts so that the data becomes informative and easier to understand. Data was collected through interviews, observations, practice, and document studies. The results of this work practice activity show that the PKB and Transfer of Name Fee procedures in the Kulon Progo Samsat are very easy and effective. Besides, the implementation of the collection of transfer fees for motorized vehicles also has a significant effect on increasing public awareness in paying the transfer fees for motorized vehicles by taxpayers, but there are still many taxpayers who do not comply with tax payments and there is still a lack of knowledge about the services that exist in Indonesia. Kulon Progo Samsat. There are also many taxpayers who do not know about the service development program that has been developed. The operation of the Village Samsat is further expanded, especially in areas far from the Samsat office to make it easier for taxpayers to make tax payments.
