Abstract

Jago Cetak is one of the agencies operating in the printing sector. Currently, when recording orders and sales reports, Jago Cetak still uses the manual method, that is, it still uses paper, of course this is wasteful and there is also a risk of it being slipped or lost. Apart from that, the lack of marketing promotions means that people are less aware of the products available at Jago Cetak. The aim of this research was to create a sales system that is expected to be able to overcome the problems that exist at Jago Cetak. This system is designed to make it easier for customers in the process of purchasing and ordering products. As well as making it easier for Jago Cetak employees to process sales transactions, sales reports, and promote their products. This web-based sales system uses the Waterfall method. This system was created using the Laravel framework, which includes HTML, PHP, CSS and also uses a MySQL database. Therefore, this system can make it easier for customers to purchase and order products without having to come directly to the printing place, thereby increasing the number of product buyers at Jago Cetak, as well as making it easier for employees to manage transactions and sales reports at Jago Cetak.
