Abstract

PT Hari Mukti Teknik is a change company from UD Hari Mukti Teknik which is located at Padangan, Sitimulyo, Piyungan, Bantul, Yogyakarta which is a manufacturing and technical engineering company which is engaged in producing various laundry equipment such as extractors, rollers, carpet washing machines and Kanaba brand washing machines which is usually used by hospitals or hotels. Researchers are interested in discussing Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance at PT Hari Mukti Teknik, the reason researchers discuss this is because there is a lack of supervisory supervision of employees, so that many employees violate the rules and regulations that apply. The aim of this research is to find out the work motivation, work discipline and performance of PT Hari Mukti Teknik employees. The type of research used is a descriptive quantitative method with percentages and a Likert scale. The sample in this study was all employees of PT Hari Mukti Teknik, totaling 55 respondents. Then the validity and reliability of the instrument was tested to find out whether the data obtained was valid or not. The results of the research stated that 32 employees stated that the motivation at PT Hari Mukti Teknik was very good and 23 employees stated that the motivation was good. If a person's level of work motivation is higher, it will affect the employee's performance. Then 28 employees stated that the work discipline at PT Hari Mukti Teknik was very good and 27 employees stated that the work discipline was good. If a person's level of discipline is higher, it will affect the employee's performance.
