Abstract

A good promotional strategy to increase murabahah financing will produce satisfactory results so that customers are interested in choosing the products offered. The aim of this research is to find out promotional strategies for murabahah financing products in attracting customer interest, the obstacles faced and how to resolve them in marketing, as well as knowing the results of analysis of murabahah financing with other financing. The method used is qualitative research, with data obtained through interviews with BMT employees and documentation. The results of this research show that the strategy used to increase murabahah financing at BMT Bangun Rakyat Sejahtera is through social media, making brochures, and word of mouth. BMT carries out overall promotions with the main aim being to increase the number of members. Because, by joining the community as members, this is one of the requirements that must be met if financing is to be carried out. Of the promotional strategies carried out by BMT Bangun Rakyat Sejahtera, the most dominant one that attracts public interest is through word of mouth. Analysis of the comparison of murabahah with other products also shows an increase in this financing.
