Abstract
ABSTRACT This information system will allow customers to order laundry services online via a mobile application platform. Customers can easily access information regarding the types of services offered, prices, and clothing pick-up and delivery schedules. Apart from that, they can make payments online via a safe and reliable Payment Gateway. Using a Payment Gateway in this system will provide benefits in the form of faster, safer and more efficient transactions for customers and laundry service providers. Customers no longer need to carry cash, so the payment process becomes more practical. Meanwhile, laundry service providers will benefit in terms of better financial management and real-time transaction monitoring. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution in increasing the operational efficiency of laundry service providers and make it easier for customers to use laundry services. Apart from that, this system can also be an example of the application of information technology in other service businesses which can provide similar benefits.
