Abstract

Perancangan Creative Hub di Kabupaten Klaten Dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Bioklimatik merupakan langkah pengembangan industri kreatif di Kabupaten Klaten sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian serta dapat menjadi ikon dari Kabupaten Klaten. Salah satu misi Kabupaten Klaten yaitu meningkatkan dan mengembangkan ekonomi daerah yang lebih produktif, kreatif, inovativ dan berdaya saing berlandaskan ekonomi kerakyatan yang berbasis potensi industri. Salah satu produk unggulan yang ada di Kabupaten Klaten yaitu Batik Lurik. Batik merupakan hal yang khas dan tidak asing bagi masyarakat Indonesia yang memiliki keunikan yang khas. perkembangan Batik saat ini sangat melesat di kacah Internasional. Terbukti dengan adanya penghargaan dan pengakuan oleh badan UNESCO pada tanggal 02 Oktober 2009 sebagai salah satu warisan budaya dunia meliputi teknik, teknologi dan motif Batik Indonesia. Tak hanya batik klaten juga memiliki berbagai potensi industry seni yang berbeda-beda disetiap daerahnya. Arsitektur Bioklimatik merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang dapat memberikan pendangan tersendiri bagi seorang arsitek untuk mendapatkan penyelesaian desain dengan memperhatikan hubungan antara bentuk arsitektur dengan lingkungan dalam kaitan iklim daerah tersebut. Suatu pendekatan Bioklimatik akan mengurangi ketergantungan karya arsitektur terhadap sumber energi yang tidak dapat diperbarui. Arsitektur Bioklimatik lebih berfokus pada iklim sebagai konteks pembangkit tenaga utama, tidak membahayakan lingkungan sekitar, menggunakan energi minimal sebagai targetnya sendiri, tanpa mengurangi kenyamanan penggunanya. The Design of Creative Hub in Klaten Regency with Bioclimatic Architecture Approach is a step to develop the creative industry in Klaten Regency so that it can improve the economy and become an icon of Klaten Regency. One of the missions of Klaten Regency is to improve and develop a more productive, creative, innovative and competitive regional economy based on a people's economy based on industrial potential. One of the superior products in Klaten Regency is Batik Lurik. Batik is something that is typical and familiar to the Indonesian people who have unique characteristics. The development of Batik is currently soaring in the international arena, as evidenced by the award and recognition by UNESCO on October 2, 2009 as one of the world's cultural heritages including Indonesian Batik techniques, technology and motifs. Not only batik, Klaten also has various potential art industries that differ in each region. Bioclimatic Architecture is an approach that can provide a unique perspective for an architect to get a design solution by considering the relationship between architectural forms and the environment in relation to the climate of the area. A Bioclimatic approach will reduce the dependence of architectural works on non-renewable energy sources. Bioclimatic Architecture focuses more on climate as the context of the main power plant, does not harm the surrounding environment, uses minimal energy as its own target, without reducing the comfort of its users.
