Abstract

Tanjungsari Village is located in the Borobudur District of Magelang Regency, Central Java, approximately 3 km from Borobudur Temple. This village is recognized as a tourist destination; however, the quality of service provided is not optimal. Currently, community members must visit the local village hall in person to request a letter of application, which is time-consuming and disrupts their daily activities. Implementing a Web-Based Smart Village Community Service Information System is essential to enhance community services in this smart village initiative. This system will serve as a resource for village officials and Tanjungsari Village residents through a web application. This project aims to develop a public service information system that facilitates the creation of application letters for the Tanjungsari community via the web. By streamlining this process, village officials can provide services more efficiently, eliminating the need for residents to visit the village hall in person. The anticipated outcome of this system is to enable the Tanjungsari village apparatus to deliver improved services to the community, particularly in managing correspondence.
