Abstract
ABSTRACT Information System for staffing management is one of the important operational activiy in a company or institution with many employees, one of them is Rumah Budaya Tembi located in Bantul. Currently, its operational activity has not been integrated yet into a system, so that, in managing staff’s data, it is not much effective and efficient. The purpose of this research and staffing information system implementation are to support efficiency and integrating staffing data management. The research is conducted to built a Staffing Information System for Rumah Budaya Tembi in order the employee data management can be computerized, so that, the employee will perform faster in their work. Method used in developing staffing information system uses observation, interview, literature study. Model design was drawn usign Workflow Diagram Data (WDD), Entry Relationship Data (ERD), stored in MySQL databas, and PHP programming language. The research finding is that it can arrange a staffing information system for Rumah Budaya Tembi to help improving staff’s work performance in collecting staff’s data, payroll, staff’s assessment and making report.
