Abstract
ABSTRAK Kabupaten Bantul dikenal dengan banyak obyek wisata yang dapat memikat para wisatawan. Potensi yang di miliki Bantul terdiri dari wisata alam yang terkenal adalah Pantai Parangtritis, Hutan Pinus Mangunan, Pantai Goa Cemara dan lain-lain. Menurut dinas pariwisata pada tahun 2018 jumlah wisatawan di Kabupaten Bantul sekitas 8 juta pengunjung, meningkat dari tahun 2017 yang berjumlah sekitar 7,8 juta pengunjung. Peningkatan tersebut mempengaruhi kinerja jalan yang berada di Kabupaten Bantul, terutama pada musim libur akses yang menghubungkan antar lokasi pariwisata dengan wisata lainnya dapat berdampak pada waktu tempuh yang semakin tinggi. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara survei LHR (Lalu lintas Harian Rerata) pada ruas jalan yang nantinya data yang di dapatkan dilakukan analisis dengan pedoman Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 untuk mendapatkan kinerja ruas jalan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kinerja ruas jalan pariwisata Kabupaten Bantul dan mengetahui kinerja ruas jalan pariwisata hingga lima tahun mendatang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan kinerja ruas jalan pada kondisi eksisting, kinerja ruas jalan tertinggi tejadi di Jalan Parangtris dari arah utara ke selatan didapatkan nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0,90 dengan tingkat pelayanan (LoS) D, sedangkan dari arah selatan ke utara didapatkan nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0,76 dengan tingkat pelayanan (LoS) C. Berdasarkan analisis prediksi 5 tahun mendatang, pada tahun 2020 kinerja ruas jalan tertinggi tejadi di Jalan Parangtris dari arah utara ke selatan didapatkan nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 1,11 dengan tingkat pelayanan (LoS) F, sedangkan dari arah selatan ke utara didapatkan nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0,0,94 dengan tingkat pelayanan (LoS) E. Maka solusi yang harus dilakukan adalah memperbaiki manajemen kinerja ruas jalan pada ruas jalan jalur pariwisata Kabupaten Bantul. The potential of nature tourism which is famous for Bantul is Parangtritis Beach, Pinus Mangunan Forest, Goa Cemara Beach and others. According to the tourism office in 2018 the number of tourists in Bantul Regency was around 8 million visitors, an increase from 2017 which amounted to around 7.8 million visitors. This increase affects the performance of roads in Bantul Regency, especially in the holiday season, access that connects tourism locations with other tourism can have an impact on higher travel times. This research method was carried out by means of a survey of LHR (Daily Traffic Average) on the road sections which later the data obtained were analyzed using the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) to get the performance of the road sections. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the Bantul Regency tourism road section and to know the performance of the tourism road section for the next five years. The results of the analysis show the performance of the existing road conditions: the highest performance on the Parangtritis Street from the north to the south obtained a degree of saturation (DS) of 0.90 with a service level (LoS) D, while from the south to the north obtained a value of degree of saturation (DS) of 0.76 with a level of service (LoS) C. Based on predictive analysis of the next 5 years, in 2020 the highest performance of the road section occurred on Jalan Parangtritis from the north to south direction obtained a degree of saturation (DS) of 1, 11 with the level of service (LoS) F, while from south to north the value of degree of saturation (DS) of 0.0.94 is obtained with the level of service (LoS) E. So the solution that must be done is to improve the performance management of road sections on the road section Bantul Regency tourism route.
