Abstract

The development of technology requires that information is easily obtained by the public for all fields, one of which is in the hospitality sector. Technological developments in hospitality are used to offer hotels online based on websites. Aliyana Hotel & Resort Temanggung which is located at Jln. KH Agus Salim No. &, Gendongan Temanggung 1, Temanggung is one of the agencies engaged in lodging services, processing hotel reservations. The current system is still manual, where guests order via the official telephone from the hotel or come directly to the hotel to book a room. With this information system, it will make it easier for hotel staff to process data such as room data, guest data, reservation data and provide information in assisting the publication of Aliyana Hotel & Resort Temanggung on a wider scale. The research method used in this research is the interview method. In this final project the writer wants to build a web-based hotel room reservation information system that has a room reservation process and can immediately find out the number of available rooms and room facilities without coming directly to the hotel. To make it easier for guests to make reservations, there is a payment transaction process via the website. Implementation of the design using the propocecor hypertext programming language and database processing using MySQL to make it easier for writers in the process of data input and processing.
