Abstract

Permata Shop, located in Banjarnegara, is one of the companies engaged in printing, especially printing in a photocopy shop. This shop develops by improving services and trying to keep up with current technology trends by using sophisticated tools. However, despite its sophistication, this shop still uses manual methods of ordering. Orders made by this shop are recorded in a book. The obstacles faced are causing long queues, wasted time, and sometimes many orders that do not match customer requests because when recording the orders are too pile up and incorrectly recorded by customers. This is what the author uses to create a web-based printing service system as a solution to the problems at Permata Photocopy Shop, Banjarnegara. The stages of this research are divided into several steps consisting of collecting data by observing and using the interview method as a reference for system design, system requirements analysis, system design, programming using the programming languages PHP and MySQL as data storage, system implementation and system testing. The result of this research is that the web-based printing order service system can help overcome obstacles at Permata Photocopy Shop, Banjarnegara.
