Abstract
The phenomenon of bad credit is a problem that often occurs in a company's credit sales procedure. Bad credit that often occurs in a company and is not resolved immediately will disturb the company's financial health. Bad credit causes low accounts receivable turnover. This shows the ineffective implementation of a company's credit sales procedures. Effective and efficient credit sales procedures play an important role in solving bad credit problems. This final project aims to identify and evaluate the credit sales procedure at CV Depot Iqro AMM Yogyakarta. The research method used in preparing this final project is observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that CV Depot Iqro AMM Yogyakarta a trading company has implemented credit sales procedures quite well. However, there are still some problems in the credit sales procedure, namely bad credit often occurs and uncontrolled customer credit limits. It is hoped that CV Depot Iqro AMM Yogyakarta can make changes to credit sales procedure policies that can solve credit sales problems such as: shortening credit limits, providing credit limits to each customer, providing fines for late payment of bills and bonuses if paid off before maturity.
