Abstract
The purpose of this final project report is to find out how the cash sales system and procedures implemented by PT Sumber Buana Motor and to develop motorbike cash sales procedures. PT Sumber Buana Motor carries out sales with two systems, namely: a cash sales system and a credit sales system. In cash sales, consumers come to choose the unit to be purchased, submit a vehicle order, and make cash payments at the cashier. In the procedure carried out by the cashier, a problem was still found. There is a double duty when the cashier receives a purchase order for a motorbike unit directly without going through the marketing department. To minimize these obstacles, there is an additional marketing function that has the task of receiving orders from buyers and making vehicle order letters which will then be given to the cashier for filing.
