Abstract
Menara Komputindo is an IT company located in Condongcatur Village, Depok District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. The location is 500 meters west of the AMIKOM Yogyakarta campus and close to the Condongcatur Hospital. Menara Komputindo carries out business activities engaged in the repair of laptops and other computer peripherals. The service data collection process is now carried out by manual data collection by recording in the book provided and only served on one telephone number. The reservation information system mechanism that will be made by the customer needs to register for the process of checking the service schedule, besides that the customer can also check the service progress information on the existing system so there is no need to ask directly to the administration. The reservation information system is an application that can help speed up registration or registration at the reception. The methodology that will be used to create is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) or Waterfall. The design that will be used uses Data Flow Diagrams. Database Design with Entity Relationship Diagram, interface design. System testing using white box and black box. The implementation of the system in the form of a website is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This system is expected to facilitate the work of customer service and customers can receive information quickly and precisely.
