Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to find out the payroll system and procedures carried out by the Klaten State Treasury Service Office (KPPN). KPPN Klaten is one of the offices that carry out the treasury authority and the State General Treasurer. KPPN Klaten provides services in the form of disbursement of APBN funds, one of which is a Letter of Order Paying for employee salary expenditures. To be able to know the payroll system and procedures at KPPN Klaten, the researchers chose to use a qualitative approach with data collection techniques with observations and interviews. The results show that the payroll system and procedures at KPPN Klaten have been implemented quite well. In addition, judging from the usefulness, it shows that the payroll system and procedures are proven to increase effectiveness, productivity and work results. However, in the implementation process, there are still many obstacles experienced by application users, namely the lack of technical guidance in the application of the application so that the understanding of the user/user is also not good and the internet network often hinders the user/user when accessing applications related to salary. The author hopes that an evaluation can be carried out to resolve these problems so that the payroll process can run smoothly.
