Abstract
This report aims to measure the effectiveness of the use of the fingerprint system on the cash withdrawal transaction process at PT. BPR BKK Purbalingga (Perseroda) Kutasari Branch. Measurement of the effectiveness of the fingerprint system on the cash withdrawal transaction process uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of the questionnaire measurement show that the use of the fingerprint system on the cash withdrawal transaction process at PT. BPR BKK Purbalingga (Perseroda) Kutasari Branch has been effective, marked by a percentage yield of 76% and an increase in the number of customers using the fingerprint system for the period January 2021 to May 2021.
